Air dryer
The TDAD series airflow dryer is an ideal piece of equipment for drying starch, modified starch, and potato starch in the starch industry. Starch dried using this equipment is guaranteed to be of high quality, clean, smooth, glossy, and with stable moisture content. It also ensures high water absorption, good activity, and original quality of wheat and potato starch. This equipment can be designed and manufactured according to the customer's site space and warehouse layout, facilitating installation, operation, and maintenance. The airflow velocity changes constantly due to the different diameters of the expansion joints, resulting in high heat transfer and excellent drying effect. The annular airflow dryer is specifically designed for wheat and potato starch and B starch to ensure thorough drying and refining of the product. Under normal operation, the average drying time is only a few seconds. The drying temperature can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw materials. This equipment has a simple and compact structure, low budget, and is easy to operate.
