Finned heating exchanger
Finned heat exchangers significantly increase the heat transfer area (up to 3-10 times that of bare tubes) by welding, winding, or rolling metal fins (aluminum, copper, etc.) onto the surface of a metal base tube (copper, stainless steel, aluminum), and by disrupting fluid flow to enhance heat transfer. Their working principle involves hot and cold fluids flowing separately inside the tube and outside the fins; heat is conducted through the base tube to the fins and ultimately absorbed by the external fluid. This design increases heat transfer efficiency by 30%-80% compared to conventional heat exchangers of the same volume, offering significant advantages such as high-efficiency heat transfer, compact structure, energy saving and space saving, strong adaptability (from low to high temperatures), and improved corrosion resistance through material selection and structural design.
Product Details
Advantages:
Strict welding standard: Firm, aesthetic weld seams; sheet metal & square tubes welded at perfect vertical angles, zero misalignment.
Full post-weld finishing: Complete weld slag removal, thorough grinding for smooth, flawless surfaces; all burrs, flash edges on holes and panels fully eliminated.
Sharp edge deburring & blunting: All sharp corners and sharp edges rounded off to avoid scratches and safety hazards.
Deformation control system: Stress relief annealing + flat straightening processes to minimize post-processing distortion, ensure flatness meets strict tolerance standards.
Dual fastening solution: Bolts & nuts fully tightened then spot-welded for ultra-reliable, long-lasting connection.
Complete pre-assembly inspection: Every finished cabinet undergoes trial fitting with brackets and covers, all bolts fit smoothly without assembly interference.
Uniform matte sand-texture powder coating with precise thread protection during spraying.
Consistent color coverage, free of pinholes, shrinkage cavities and paint sagging; coating thickness complies with official technical specifications.
Shot blasting pre-treatment before powder coating to boost coating adhesion, anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.
Quality control system:
Every production step is inspected from raw material forming, welding, surface finishing to pre-assembly testing, with all dimensional, appearance, electrical and corrosion indicators strictly aligned with international technical standards, delivering stable, durable and high-standard custom metal & busbar solutions.
