The welding process is rigorous, resulting in strong and aesthetically pleasing welds. The perpendicularity of the sheet metal to the square tube is precise, with no misalignment. Post-weld processing is meticulous, thoroughly removing weld slag and polishing the entire surface smooth. All burrs and flash on the workpiece and holes are completely removed. Multiple deformation control processes, including stress-relief annealing and leveling, strictly control sheet metal deformation, ensuring flatness meets standards. Shot blasting pretreatment before painting significantly improves coating adhesion and rust and corrosion resistance. A sand-textured powder coating process protects threaded holes throughout the painting process. The coating thickness meets technical standards. The paint finish is uniform in color, free of pinholes, shrinkage cavities, paint runs, and other appearance defects.
Pre-assembly inspection is performed on the finished product. After the cabinet is completed, the supporting brackets and cabinet doors are fully assembled, and all bolts can be installed smoothly without any assembly jamming.
